Fortium Energy
Demand-led energy infrastructure

Fortium Energy turns long-term energy demand into financed, built infrastructure.

We structure long-term energy demand into bankable offtake, enabling renewable generation and storage to be financed and built close to the load.

The Constraint

Energy availability now limits where data centres can be built.

Securing electricity is only part of the challenge. A large new load must demonstrate that supply exists, the network can carry it, and future growth can be supported.

  • - Grid capacity constraints
  • - Long connection timelines
  • - Wholesale price volatility
  • - Reliability requirements
  • - ESG obligations
  • - Regulatory & community scrutiny

Demand-led development, from commitment to delivery.

Fortium Energy starts with long-term customer demand, then structures the agreements, infrastructure and operating model needed to serve it. Assets are developed close to the load and coordinated as one portfolio.

Coordination

Managed as one portfolio

Secure long-term demand

Work with data centres and other large energy users to define load, location, timing, reliability and future growth requirements.

Structure long-term agreements

Translate customer demand into contracted energy arrangements that support infrastructure development.

Deploy generation & storage

Develop modular renewable generation and battery storage close to customer load where commercially and technically appropriate.

Manage as one portfolio

Coordinate distributed assets across locations to provide consistent visibility, management and operational control.

Optimise energy delivery

Coordinate generation, storage and market supply against customer demand, pricing and grid conditions.

Roadmap: building

Measure performance & outcomes

Provide clear visibility of energy use, asset performance and the contribution of new generation and storage.

Why distributed

Build energy closer to where demand already exists.

  • Faster staged deployment
  • Reduced reliance on new transmission
  • Improved energy resilience
  • Capacity that scales with demand
  • A distributed network of energy assets
Technology

One coordinated energy system, matched to customer demand.

Roadmap: building

Fortium Energy coordinates generation, storage and market supply to meet contracted demand as efficiently and reliably as possible.

AI-managed virtual power plant

Distributed generation and storage are coordinated as one virtual power plant, not as separate projects. The platform is designed to manage generation, battery storage, wholesale purchasing and dispatch against contracted load, price forecasts, weather and grid conditions.

API and MCP connectivity

Fortium Energy is being designed as energy infrastructure that software and AI agents can interact with directly. Customers will be able to access relevant energy functions through APIs and MCP-compatible interfaces, so compute scheduling and energy scheduling can be planned together.

Data centres & ESG

Contracted demand funds generation the customer can point to.

Fortium Energy is structured as an energy infrastructure partner rather than an electricity supplier: the customer participates in the infrastructure that supports its own growth.

"Our Australian expansion is directly contributing to new Australian energy infrastructure."

The claim Fortium Energy is built to make defensible for its data-centre partners

PPA / Co-investment

The data centre contracts energy over a long horizon, creating demand capable of supporting project financing. The customer invests directly or indirectly in the generation and storage serving its own load.

Dedicated capacity

Specific generation and storage assets are allocated to a nominated customer, site or development. Where appropriate, projects visibly associate the customer with new Australian renewable generation and storage.

Co-branded infrastructure

ESG reporting partnership

Customer-specific reporting on generation, renewable contribution, storage, carbon intensity, matching, grid support and system resilience.

What the partner can report

Additionality is the point

The strongest customer claim is not that renewable electricity was purchased. It is that the customer's contract or investment contributed to energy infrastructure that would not otherwise have been built.

The methodology is designed so that every public claim is evidence-based and not overstated, with a defined public-claims approval process and a specialist assurance partner.

Policy position

Australia does not currently require all data centres to directly fund new generation, and Fortium Energy does not build its thesis on an unconfirmed future mandate. The proposition stands on a simpler premise: new large energy demand should help fund new energy supply. That holds commercially whether or not it ever becomes a formal regulatory requirement.

Capital raise

Round One: capital released against commercial milestones.

Fortium Energy is raising its first round to move from concept to a financeable pilot with a credible data-centre customer, a bankable energy contract, a defined technology architecture and a validated regulatory pathway.

Execution roadmap

Phase 1 - First 90 days

Validate

Data-centre target pipeline, initial LOIs, PPA structure finalised, collaboration MOU defined, regulatory analysis, pilot financial model, MVP technology architecture.

Phase 2 - 3-6 months

Pilot

First contracted customer, pilot financing complete, site development begins, V1 scheduling and optimisation platform, customer dashboard and API access, ESG reporting framework established.

Phase 3 - 6-18 months

Portfolio

Pilot commissioned, multiple sites added, assets coordinated as one portfolio, increased automated market participation, repeatable project-finance structure.

Phase 4 - Beyond

Scale

National deployment, institutional infrastructure capital, data-centre strategic partnerships, automated portfolio scheduling, potential compliant tokenised capital layer.
